Personal: My 19th Birthday

It was just a simple night out with the family (on April 28, 2013). I wish my friends from uni were with me to celebrate it though. Missing everyone! Animo Block 7! I celebrated my last two birthdays in Philippines, I really wished that more people were still in Dubai for this year :(

So this little photo op happened in  the car when my mother was catching up with her friend she met in church. Oh Pinoy mothers..

We had dinner at Hard Rock Cafe in Dubai Festival City as requested by the birthday girl, me! I had alcohol on my birthday in Dubai with my parents. Oh my god.

And that's about it! Do I look nineteen now?

Event: The New Glorietta Vibe

Have you seen the new Glorietta 1? Well, you should have on November 29th! They had their opening and at the same time the biggest fashion show in the world. As of now, Philippines is the record holder of the Guiness World Record for the most people walking on a runway. 2,255 people walked the runway that night which beats Turkey which had 1,967 people walk on the runway just six months ago! It was my first time to witness a world record-breaking event. The only reason why I was there  was because my cousin modeled for Meg. It was so cool because she walked the runway when Kyle Patrick of Click 5 was performing!

After the fashion show, while they were finalizing the total number of people who walked on the runway, Bamboo performed a few songs! That was like the only part I enjoyed because watching 2,255 people walk on stage gets boring after the first 1,000. I'm kidding.

Fashion: Termbreak September 2012

If you have Tumblr, follow me now! (http://jslplsps.tumblr.com/

Whenever I'm in Dubai I like to look better with what I wear. It may look simple in these photos but it took me long to come up with my outfits. If you're following me on Tumblr, you'll notice that I only take webcam outfit shots when I'm in Dubai. The only bad thing about dressing up there is that you can't show much of  the skin and all I brought with me was my summer clothes.

These pictures are only taken from the webcam. I'm going to post another blog about my stay in Dubai as soon as my sister goes back home from Paris. I was there for only 9 days. My shortest visit out of the three termbreaks I have in a year!

Shirt : Forever 21
Jumper : Plump Pinay, Bloggers United 3

Top : New Look
Shorts : Jewels

Tanktop : Splash
Dress : Forever 21

What to expect : Fashion

Below are some of my OOTD shots but never uploaded because I just had Facebook and why would I even upload it there. I also started taking pictures of my outfits through webcam on my Tumblr. It is not long ago when I started making an effort in dressing. It just used to be shirt and pants for me like the tomboy I was.

My sister is also a fashion blogger.

For me, I only get to dress the way I want in Dubai because there's always a car and every place is cab-able and the metro gets you anywhere. I don't have to go out in the heat unlike in the Philippines, the cities are so far from each other, traffic and I don't have my own car. If ever I do get a car, gas is so expensive! Bla bla bla, expect a lot of complaining.

My mother, aunt and some other people tell me I have too many clothes but I wear the same thing again and again, and most of the time have nothing to wear. Maybe in some future posts you will see me in the same outfits or maybe same top different bottoms or same bottoms different top. You know.. But I'm not an aspiring fashion blogger, they never repeat anything. I MEAN NEVER! LOL jk, I just don't notice it because they only repeat clothes after every 100th outfit.

It's nothing much but I LOVE FASHION!

My favourite fashion bloggers are (all local) : Vern Enciso, Kryz Uy, Laureen Uy, Camille Co, Patricia Prieto and Tricia Gosingtian.
